Samantha Used Car ("we") operates samanthausedcar.com. This policy explains what personal information we process, why, and your rights — as required by the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법). 한국어 전문은 아래에 있습니다.

2. AI chatbot notice
Messages you send to the chat are transmitted to our AI infrastructure providers solely to generate a response and to record the conversation for customer-service review. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.
3. Retention
Chat records and leads: up to 1 year, then deleted; earlier upon your request. Aggregated statistics (counts by day/country) contain no personal identifiers and may be kept longer.
4. Third-party provision
We do not provide your personal information to third parties for their own use. (제3자 제공: 없음)

- Vercel Inc. — website/API hosting, request handling
- Upstash — storage of chat/lead records and aggregate counters
- Requesty & underlying AI model providers — chat response generation
- Google (Analytics) — traffic analytics
- Meta Platforms (Pixel) — ad performance measurement
- GitHub Pages — static site hosting (no personal data processed)
6. Destruction
Electronic records are permanently deleted from our storage when the retention period ends or upon verified request.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time: email flowerdudtlr@gmail.com or WhatsApp +82-10-7170-4513. We respond within 10 days.
8. Security
HTTPS everywhere; data access limited to authorized accounts (Google-authenticated allowlist); minimal collection by design; no raw IP addresses stored in our own records.

2. AI 챗봇 고지
대화 입력은 응답 생성 및 상담 기록 목적에 한해 AI 인프라 수탁사에 전송·이용되며, 회사는 이용자 입력을 AI 모델 재학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 보유·이용 기간
대화 기록·상담(리드) 정보: 수집일로부터 1년 또는 삭제 요청 시까지. 개인 식별정보가 없는 통계값은 그 이후에도 보관될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
제공하지 않습니다.
5. 처리 위탁
Vercel(호스팅·API), Upstash(기록 저장), Requesty 및 AI 모델 제공사(응답 생성), Google(방문 분석), Meta(광고 성과 측정), GitHub Pages(정적 호스팅).
6. 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 전자적 파일을 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리

8. 안전성 확보 조치
